Mohit Mathur

Founder, Cortiq Group · AI products with purpose

I turn AI ambition
into Business reality.

Builder when the answer is unclear. Operator when execution matters.

Founder of Cortiq Group, an AI product company building intelligence people can trust — starting with JobsAIQ. Nearly three decades building ventures, modernizing SaaS portfolios and fixing go-to-market across India, the U.S., Japan and Australia — where the measure is adoption and revenue, not announcements.

Leadership proposition

AI is easy to announce. Harder to operationalize. That is the work.

The through-line is consistent: modernize established products, build new ventures, sharpen commercialization and align teams around adoption, revenue and execution.

Vision is cheap · Alignment is rare · Execution compounds

From zero-to-one to transformation-at-scale.

A career spanning venture creation, SaaS renewal, enterprise selling, operating-model redesign, international expansion and AI-native commercialization — bridging the space between vision and execution.

Cortiq Group · Founded June 2026

AI is changing how the world decides. We build what comes next.

Not another AI company — a company built around AI products. Cortiq sits between complex information and real decisions, so people can move forward with confidence. Founded in India, built to be judged internationally.

We don't build AI to replace judgement. We build AI to strengthen it.

  • 01

    Understand

See the context behind the decision — data, people, goals and circumstances — before any intelligence is applied.

  • 02

    Intelligence

Connect signals into meaning and show the working. Confidence and limits travel with every output.

  • 03

    Act

Turn insight into a next step a person can take — a useful move, not a verdict — and learn from what happens.

A product company built around AI, not an AI company.

Cortiq Group — JobsAIQ, HumanIQ, SportsIQ, EnterpriseIQ

Jun 2026 — Present · Founder

Founded Cortiq to build AI products for decisions that matter: understand the context, reason across signals, then hand a person a next step they can act on. JobsAIQ — career intelligence with traceable, cited scoring — is the first product in market.

  • Founded Jun 2026
  • 4 domains
  • Explainable by design

An AI venture taken from a whiteboard to a public launch.

Splink Pro AI — OTSI Joint Venture

2025 — 2026 · Chief Executive Officer

Founded and led a smartphone-first human-performance platform that reads cognitive, physical and nutrition signals on low bandwidth — then built the institutional, government and CSR routes that make it purchasable.

  • Zero to launch
  • 3 commercial routes
  • AI product strategy
03

A profitable SaaS portfolio rebuilt for the AI era.

Stark.ai — Mantra Group

2024 — 2025 · Chief Operating Officer

Moved mature products toward AI-native value: agents, intelligent automation and outcome-led workflows. The harder half was operational — product, sales and marketing pointed at the same buyer use cases.

2016 — 2024 · Co-Founder

Turn one paying pilot into a repeatable enterprise motion

The bet: your buyer is an operations owner with a budget line, not the innovation team you have been selling to.

The real problem

You do not have a product problem. You have an unnamed buyer. Every deal reaches an enthusiastic sponsor with no budget authority, then dies at procurement because nobody owns the number the tool moves.

  • Pilots renew as pilots, never as line items
  • Deal cycles stretch past two quarters without a champion
  • Sales asks engineering for another demo feature

Root causePricing is built around usage the buyer cannot forecast, so finance treats the spend as risk rather than substitution.

Two things I'd test first

Operations leaders will pay a fixed fee to remove a named manual step.

Test
Take the fixed-fee offer to six operations owners in 10 days and count signed intent.
If true
Pricing moves to fixed tiers and the pilot stage is removed entirely.

Procurement stalls come from missing security artifacts, not price.

Test
Pull the last eight stalled deals and log the exact blocking document.
If true
Phase one becomes compliance packaging, not messaging.

Phased roadmap

  1. Weeks 1–4

    Name the buyer

Establish who signs, what they are measured on, and what they will pay to remove.

    • Interview 12 operations owners across your three best accounts
    • Rebuild pricing as three fixed tiers tied to volume
    • Kill two use cases that no buyer owns

ArtifactA one-page buyer definition with pricing tiers and the disqualification list.

OwnerFounder or CRO — must attend the interviews personally.

ProofSix qualified conversations with a named budget holder.

  2. Weeks 5–8

    Ship the reference deal

Close one paid deployment under the new pricing with a written success metric.

    • Convert the strongest pilot to a fixed annual contract
    • Publish the security and data-handling pack
    • Instrument the one metric the buyer reports upward

ArtifactA signed reference contract plus the customer-facing security pack.

OwnerHead of Sales, with engineering lead on call for security review.

ProofFirst contract signed without a pilot stage.

  3. Weeks 9–12

    Make it repeatable

Prove a second and third deal close the same way, without founder heroics.

    • Write the discovery script from the reference deal
    • Set stage gates that require a named budget holder
    • Retire the legacy pitch deck across the team

ArtifactA working sales playbook with stage gates in the CRM.

OwnerSales lead, with weekly review by the CEO.

ProofTwo deals progressing past stage two without founder involvement.

How this fails

  • The team keeps selling to innovation sponsors because they answer fast.

Stage gate: no forecast without a named budget holder.

  • Fixed pricing exposes weak unit economics in delivery.

Model delivery cost per tier in week two, before launch.

What I'd need from you

  • 01Direct access to your last ten lost deals
  • 02Two hours a week from the founder
  • 03Authority to change pricing without a board cycle

First week

  • Day 1: read every closed-lost note from the last two quarters
  • Day 2: sit in on two live discovery calls
  • Day 4: present the buyer hypothesis and the pricing change

If the buyer cannot be named by week four, the plan is wrong and we stop. That is the test I would hold myself to.

Drafted from Mohit Mathur's operating record. Directional, not a proposal.

How I work

01

Adoption is the only proof.

A model that nobody uses is a cost centre with better PR. I optimise for the workflow a real person opens on Monday morning, not the demo that impresses on Thursday.

02

Sequence beats scope.

Most transformations fail because everything starts at once. I pick the one motion that produces revenue evidence in a quarter, and let that fund the ambition behind it.

03

Say the commercial truth early.

Boards do not need optimism; they need the number, the risk and the date. I would rather lose the mandate in week one than lose the year in month nine.
